''Izatha walkerae'' is a moth of the Oecophoridae family. It is endemic to New Zealand, where it is known from the north-eastern South Island.〔(Fauna of New Zealand - Izatha (Insecta: Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea: Oecophoridae) )〕 The wingspan is 18–20 mm for males. Adults have been recorded in November and January. ==Etymology== The species is named in honour of Annette Walker, who captured the holotype. Her contribution to New Zealand entomology includes revisionary work on Thysanoptera and Braconidae (Hymenoptera), popular books on New Zealand insects, and hospitality to the author and colleagues at her former home in St Arnaud.
